Establish presence in all 193 UN member states. Consolidate the 172-sector framework and scale the volunteer wing to 250,000+ members globally.

Phase 2

2031–2040: Institutionalization of the 172-Sector Model

Integrate the 172-sector model into national policies across all countries. Transition from advocacy to direct influence on global governance frameworks.

Phase 3

2041–2050: Global Leadership Transition

Transfer global leadership responsibility to the next cohort of youth leaders. Position Shishu Ullash as the permanent, youth-led UN partner for sustainable development.
